No pets will be allowed because I have 3 cats already and they do not get along will with other animals but they get along very great with other humans. The bathroom is private but right outside the room so it is also considered the guest bathroom. The room comes with a parking spot and you will have other places in the house to store some smaller items if need be. I am looking for a female roommate only. The room is a flat fee and amenities will be covered. The house also has a pretty sizable backyard.

I am a female Graphic Design student at UNT. I am pretty quiet and won’t have people over without informing you first. During the school year I have not have people over a lot anyway because I will be focused on my studies.
