The room is available in March. I’m waiting for roommate to move out so it may be available sooner. One unfurnished room is available. The furnished room is taken. It is a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom apartment. It has a private pool and a gym. There is a public pool across the street. There is a playground and a trail in the back of the property. There is also a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and balcony. The street is one word - Woodpark Lane. You will have free access to my internet, Sling, and Netflix. The room is available in March.

I am fairly quiet and keep the common area clean. I use headphones as well to keep down the noise.
