I’m subleasing in a 2 BR 2BA apartment. Looking for someone to sublease the other room for the remainder of the lease (until mid-October), then sign a 12-month lease with me (it’s a lot cheaper to have a roommate). I’m quiet, clean, don’t drink alcohol or smoke, I go out to spend time with friends/don’t have friends over to the apartment.
