I have a couple rooms in a large communal style house with the other tenants being Cornell students and young working professionals that is available. It is very spacious and comes fully furnished—you’ll get a full-size bed, nightstand, desk, chair, and a closet.

The house is set up to make communal living easy and comfortable:
Kitchen: It’s large and well-equipped with three refrigerators—everyone gets their own designated shelf and cabinet space.
Shared Spaces: There’s plenty of room to spread out with a shared living room, study nook, and a dedicated computer/printer area for your use.
Convenience: We have a free laundry room on the first floor.
Decks & Outdoors: You can enjoy the outdoors on three decks and we’re situated on two acres of land right next to a park and walking/running trails.
No Hidden Fees: Your rent includes all utilities (water, electricity), free high-speed WiFi, and grounds maintenance. We even have a professional cleaning service for all the common areas!
Parking & Transit: There is free parking available for your car, and we’re conveniently located near the 31, 32, 37 & 72 bus stop which is at the end of the driveway.
No Pets and No Smoking indoors.

Availability: The room is available now.
Lease End Date: The lease will run until July 31st.
Rent: The monthly rent is $775 - $875.
