I am renting out one of the two bedrooms inside my two story townhouse located off Oregon Pike just minutes from downtown Lancaster. You will have your own private bedroom, a shared full bathroom upstairs, and you may treat the house as if its your own. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe, and is convenient to almost anywhere in the county you need to get to.
I own two cats who I co-parent with my ex-wife so they will be around sometimes. Pets are welcome but we’ll need to work together to integrate them. If you have no pets and like cats, that is preferred but not required.

My name is Chris! If I look familiar, its because I’m the main announcer for Three Legacies Wrestling in Lancaster. If not…then I’m not nearly as famous as I’d hope to be LOL. My full time job is working from home, but I stick to my room for my working hours during the day, and while I do stream games and make creative content at night, I keep quiet and stay respectful of my roommate’s space. I mostly keep to myself and while we can absolutely hang out and be friends, I don’t mind if you want to keep to yourself as well. Ideally I’d want someone clean and respectful to open my home to. The rent would be $750 for your half, plus an additional gas and electric bill split monthly, but otherwise that’s it. We can make room as much furniture as you choose to bring.
All I ask from you is that we meet face to face and chat before committing to anything. I work a pretty set schedule so that won’t be hard to coordinate.
