About the room
Enjoy modern living in a spacious home, with a short drive to DIA, Aurora Mall, Anschutz Medical Center, Denver, and many other amenities. The home has 5 bedrooms and a large backyard, which enjoys the mountain sunset views.
Two rooms are available, one located in the basement and the other upstairs. The basement unit is $700, upstairs unit $800. We also have a flight attendant special of $0 for utilities, for others $50 a month which pays for all utilities +internet + streaming services.
This is a clean home and we are renting to those who value this as well. We are having monthly professional cleaning (+20 per person a month) as well as having clear expectations that the public areas always be maintained.
