The property is a 3/2 with a backyard. I’m looking to rent out one bedroom, which would include a private bathroom. The room can be furnished or unfurnished if you prefer. The living and dining areas are connected and spacious. There is a screened-in porch and fenced-in backyard. The house is within walking distance to the Legacy Trail. It’s about 5 minutes away from groceries and 10 minutes away from downtown.

The kitchen is being remodeled and will be largely unusable until mid-August

I like my home to be my quiet/ chill space and never have the tv on or friends over, except occasionally on weekend days.
