About the roomies
There are currently two roommates — one full-time worker (24) and a 21-year-old college student. Both are super chill, easy to get along with, and respectful of personal space if you prefer to keep to yourself.
The room pictured is from the model unit, but the layout is the same as Bedroom D — a more spacious room than the others with extra storage, ensuite bathroom, and added cabinet space. EPB fiber included. Utility bills are reasonable averaging $60 per month for water and electricity!
