Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, great for walks in the evening. Easy access to 113, UC Davis, Target, airport and Costco.

Everyone has their own access and private locked parts of the house. One roommate is female in her 20s that lives in the in-law suite. I am a 48 year old teacher, single mother of two teenagers who are here part time. My kids and I occupy the main part of the house. You would be renting out the master suite and patio which has it’s own entrance through the side gate and sliding door on back patio, large room, en suite large bathroom and walk in closet included. Backyard has grass and we have houses around us unlike it shows in picture. Utilities included at no additional cost.
