Nice quiet neighborhood near bike paths and bus stops. Close to grocery stores In addition to rent I am asking for half of utilities which is internet and electric (and heating during winter),since electricity and heating usage varies by person. Room is 10x10 unfurnished. On-site parking and in unit laundry/dryer. Ask me for additional details.

Respectful, friendly and chill guy. I enjoy cooking gaming and you tube binge watching. Non smoker. I prefer female roommates as males do not keep the bathroom clean in my experiences. Iā€™m not a neat freak but since bathroom is shared I want it clean and sanitary.
