Wooded area very quiet. Neighbors are very nice. Just a peaceful place. Located next to a bike trail and many places in heath ohio
I do have a almost 3 year old son that I get 4 days a week. The other days I work . I do have a cat. I also have a bearded dragon. We are animal lovers here so if that is an issue than it won’t be a good match. I’m 28 F mostly work, hang with my son or play some video games. I keep to myself. You would have your own full bathroom. The room will be my son’s room when he’s older so it does have his name on the wall. It’s a work in progress but it’s our home 🏡 I don’t mind gaming with my roommate or hobbies but I usually just stick to myself .
You have your own entrance to the home. My room and living room is off limits as I stay in living room and my son has my room.
