About the room
Looking for roommates to share a big house in ardenwood, Fremont. 1 room with a shared bathroom. The House includes in-unit laundry. The rent does not include garbage, utilities and water (total each month comes around 100$). Only 1 person per room please.
The house is spacious, close to workplaces such as lucid, Tesla, Facebook. Plenty of parking with 2 car garage, and tons of roadside parking. It also comes with in-unit laundry, and a bit back patio. Ardenwood is a safe neighborhood with coyote hills in the walking distance. There’s a playground 1 minute away.
Person should pay the rent on the first day of each month. They should keep the house clean. No smoking in the house.
About the roomies
We are currently 3 people living in the house. 2 of us work at lucid motors and looking for ideally people who are working full time and 1 is a school teacher. We expect the common areas to be kept clean.
