About the room
I’m looking for someone to join our house on Trumbull Street, move in January–May 2027. The room is part of a 7-person house. We have a super clean and respectful group of 6 so far, Yale seniors/juniors, mixed gender, and are looking for someone (generally our age) as our 7th.
Rent is $950/month, plus ~$75/month for utilities. It’s a big house, with a shared kitchen/living room, 3.5 bathrooms, in-unit washer/dryer, A/C, and a huge two-story roof terrace which the room has a direct door to. The room comes partially furnished, with bed/frame, dresser, etc., but you’re also welcome to re-furnish as you’d like.
We’re on Trumbull Street, a quiet area close to cafes, the Yale shuttle line, public transport, and a 5-minute walk to campus/downtown. Please message me if you’re interested or have questions—I’d love to chat and make sure it’s a good fit on both sides. Thanks!
About the roomies
We’re super clean & respectful, all artistic/creative, 3 of us are musicians who will have just finished a gap year touring with the Yale Whiffenpoofs (so we’ll be 5th year seniors). Very community-oriented & hoping to have a great house community.
