Two women, 2 dogs and a very laid back, drama free atmosphere. We are social but private. I work from Home as an audio engineer and vocal coach. Studio is soundproofed. My roomie also works from home 3 days a week, and is a professional. Looking for a positive attitude, no issues with living downstairs. I have parents and kids in an out, so no 420 users.
