We are less than 4 miles from Walmart, grocery stores (including the biggest Frys super center in Az), car repairs, etc., yet with 1.25 acres of beautiful views of the Superstition Mountains from near the top of the Goldfield mountains. Plenty of parking and storage, too. Private room with private bathroom. Use of storage shed which is currently empty. Non-(cigarette) smokers only (can’t be ex smokers or recovering smokers due to my allergies). Legal marijuana ok, but no smoking in the house. Must be working at least 40 hours a week AWAY from the house, and able to pass a criminal background check.
Room is completely furnished with 52 inch TV, wireless Internet, almost new furniture, bed, night stand, microwave and full sized refrigerator / freezer. All are included, along with all utility fees and fiber optic internet service. And LOTS of storage shelves right in your room! You also have use of a fully equipped kitchen and the use of a washing machine for laundry. The room is available July 1. Very quiet and safe neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac.
It is a month to month lease. You will get your security deposit back IF the room is in the same condition when you leave as when you moved in. AND if you give a full month or more notice before you leave.
My husband and I are retired and are home much of the time. So we would prefer a roommate who is still working away from the house at a full time job.
You will have a spacious room and the guest bathroom to yourself (unless we have a visitor who occasionally uses it.). Plus the use of the kitchen as needed. There is a great enclosed front porch for your use and a back porch with great views. We have 2 cats and some other pets (a few harmless pet reptiles in cages). So we would like someone who enjoys pets, although adding more cats and dogs might not work with the pets we already have. Smaller caged pets in your room could work.
We are very laid back and easy to get along with, and looking for a similar person.
