The apartment is a first floor 2bed 2bath unit with a single-car garage for $1490/month. The bathrooms are each attached to a bedroom, and the bedroom available is at the front of the apartment. There’s a wood-burning fireplace, and I have a front loading washer/dryer in-unit. We have a patio out back facing a fence and a wetlands. I have a couch, bookshelves, and shelving on the walls. The apartment is in the Summerlake area of Tigard, near Progress Ridge.

I am a 36 year old single, tattooed, queer lady who is a nerd about history, mythology, science, and paleontology. I tend to be a homebody and love cooking and baking. I work at a medical clinic in Forest Grove and Hillsboro, so I leave early in the morning, and come home around 6pm. I like to go to little second-hand shops and look around, usually not buying anything. Please be aware that I have an 18 year old cat who is demanding of affection & very vocal.
