UNIQUE MASTER BEDROOM RENTAL: Looking for a responsible, respectful and reliable roommate to rent out the very spacious master bedroom in the Vista Ridge neighborhood located in Erie. This house is in such an awesome location and has to be one of the quietest and safest neighborhoods in the state!

ROOM for RENT: The master bedroom is huge and is basically a one bedroom apartment. It has a private five piece bath room including a deep soaking tub and his and her closets. Huge windows for natural light all day, perfect for plants if you desire. There is tons of space in the room where previous tenants have set up an office area with a desk or just made a tv room with a couch and seating.

HOUSE: There is also more square footage of the house available for use as well potentially for a work from home office or workout space etc. There is a large fenced in backyard that backs up to the local neighborhood park with a basketball hoop and walking/biking paths seconds from the front door.

LOCATION: Erie is close to everything as you are 20 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Longmont, 20 minutes from Denver and 20 minutes from DIA. If you enjoy golf, Colorado National Golf Course is walking distance or a one minute drive away. There are so many bike paths within seconds and minutes from the house as well and Old Town Erie, Lafayette are less than ten minutes away. Major retail chains like Costco, Petco, Home Depot, Planet Fitness, Michael’s, Walmart and liquor stores are within ten minutes of the house. Truly has everything you would need close by.

DOGS: We love dogs and if you have a companion we have a five year old male pit mix that gets along with every dog and would love to have a friend around. Two dog parks within ten minutes of the house as well and miles of paths right out the back door.

FOOD: Erie has one of the newest/largest/nicest King Soopers Grocery stores in the state and is less than a two minute drive from the house. There are also tons of food options with in minutes including all the fast food chains and a ton of unique sit down restaurants too.

LIVING SITUATION: This is very unique and special situation and we are looking for the right roommate for a few reasons. You will be sharing this house with a single full time father and his teenage son who have their our own bedroom’s and separate bathroom. You will have your privacy and sanctuary with the master suite but this is a three bedroom house. You will be sharing a kitchen and laundry room and there is other unused square footage that you could use if desired and there is ample space for storage aid need be. We also can share the garage for parking as well.

OVERALL: We are good people, very easy going, keep to ourselves and have lived here for three years now. We absolutely love the area and my son is heading into his Junior year at Erie High School where is an excellent student and human being. I am a forty something working professional and also paint, make music and golf on the side.

RENT: $1700 is the rent and this includes rent and ALL other expenses power, water, trash, HOA and utilities. This includes unlimited and the fastest high speed internet Comcast offers. We do not have cable and stream everything.
