What’s great about this location is its only 10 minutes from campus! Due to the fact that its near the Kyle side of San Marcos you miss all of the traffic and get you use to HEB plus! Also it is in walking distance from 5 mile dam and the neighborhood has a pool and even a church if that is in your interest. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms but only two of the bedrooms will be occupied. Leaving us with a guest room.

I currently live with one roommate who will be leaving in a month. Therefore depending on when someone else moves in it would just be us or they can occupy the guestroom for the short overlap. I also have a medium size dog here named Frankie who is very low maintenance and loves to cuddle. Also I am a senior at Texas State university!
