Furnished Room in 2B/2B DC Condo – Have the Place to Yourself This Summer! I’m a law student here in DC, and I’ll be interning up in New Jersey for most of the summer. I’m looking for a roommate (either short-term or long-term) who wants to enjoy the space while I’m mostly away—and who does not mind a cat.

The Setup:

The Room: It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. The guestroom is fully furnished, and you will have your own bathroom.

Summer Plans: I will be up in NJ for my internship, though I might pop back in for a random weekend here and there. My bedroom and bathroom will be locked while I’m away, but the rest of the house is completely yours to use and enjoy. You will honestly have the place to yourself most of the time.

Transit & Parking: Super convenient. There’s a bus stop right outside, two Metro stops within walking distance, and street parking is available.

The Vibe: The place is furnished, though I still have a little bit of art left to put up!

House Rules & Neighbors:

The Building: It’s a cozy, 4-unit condo. The neighbor across the hall and the one downstairs are both chill.

420 Friendly: I smoke weed from time to time, and you are welcome to as well. But fair warning: if you ash on my couch, we will have problems!! Lol.

Balcony/Deck Area WiFi Included Convenient Location: Right next to a bus stop, can walk to Fort Totten or Petworth Metro stations (Yellow, Green, and Red lines). Street Parking: Ample street parking available. Nearby Amenities: Grocery store up the block and Walmart close by. Calm Neighborhood: Enjoy a peaceful environment lined with cherry blossoms.
