Beautiful room with window looking to the parking of the building. Very quiet neighborhood, never any street noise and most people are working people so there’s no loud music or TV late at night to interrupt a good night rest. Parking available for an additional $50 monthly.

About the roomies

I am a 60 year old dad with a 10 year old son that comes to the unit everyday after school for an hour or two. He sleeps in the apartment every other weekend on Fridays and Saturdays. He is quiet and respectful and enjoys playing his video games and PS5.
