Hi there! I’m looking for a responsible, respectful, and clean student and/or professional to share a quiet home w/ me and my dog.

Rent includes an unfurnished private bedroom with your own private hallway bathroom. All utilities are included with rent (water, sewage/trash, high-speed internet, and gas/electric).

Shared Spaces: Kitchen, living room, and a backyard perfect for relaxing.

Conveniences: Washer/dryer in the garage, central AC/heating, fully stocked kitchen, and driveway parking space. Plenty of street parking available as well.

You’ll have access to a quiet neighborhood with a community pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, and nearby hiking trails.

You’ll be sharing the home with me and my 50lbs friendly and lazy senior dog. I’m a professional in my 30s who enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I love being social and friendly, but I also value my alone time, and privacy. I keep a very clean, organized, and peaceful home, and I’m looking for a responsible student or professional who does the same.
