I’m a local homeowner here in San Diego and have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Bonita, San Diego, about 20 min to downtown. The unit is a quick drive to the airport, and all Navy bases in the greater San Diego area. I am seeking a ROOMMATE for the second bedroom/ personal bathroom. Bedroom is FURNISHED with a desk, dresser, bed/new mattress, nightstand and 2 spacious closets. I am open to removing the furniture if preferred. Bathroom is COMPLETELY personal and includes tub style shower. Common areas (kitchen, living room, in-unit washer & dryer, balcony) are shared with current occupant (owner).

As your roommate, I will be traveling extensively from March-July and may be out of the house for months at a time. This offers the luxury of near private living but for the price of roommate living. With that said, I am looking for someone clean, trustworthy and responsible.

Rent: $1750 Flexible Lease Terms

NO cleaning fee, NO utilities payment. The monthly cost is the rent and the rent ALONE. Wifi and utilities are included. Assigned parking space included as well.
