Great for either one person who wants a bit of space and privacy, or two/three folks who want to live together! Less than a minute walk to UNCo’s campus commons, with a recently remodeled full sized fridge kitchenette and bathroom. Natural light despite being a basement, and the option for some furniture to be provided!

One art student with a very cute cat (who is kept upstairs) in the separate unit above (so if you have any cat allergies we can make sure he doesn’t come around!) we share the laundry downstairs but besides it’s a private space!
