I just bought this condo for myself. I work everyday until 5pm. Place is very quiet. Washer and Dryer included. Close to Dimond mall, shops, lake and bike trails. Second floor. Short term is Okay. I am very quiet. I work Saturdays at home. I have a good temper and appreciate a good sense of humor. Not much of a cook. You are welcome to cook. I am learning how to fly small airplanes!

I have no roommates right now. No pets unless you have a gecko. No smokers or drug users. (This includes marihuana). I am allergic to strong smells so I rather you do not use parfum. Thank you!
