Entire 3rd floor of our historic Central Hyde Park home. Near downtown and Plaza. Private bathroom, one bedroom, kitchenette, plus large living room space. Hard wood floors. Shared laundry. 800 sq ft. There is no private entrance.
About the roomies
We have a toddler and a standard poodle. Tenant must be ok with a toddler in the home. We love to read, see movies and live music. At this point we spend most of our free time at home with the baby. Tenant must be willing to be undergo a basic background check. Also, tenant must be Covid vaccinated.
