This beautiful 3-story home was built in 2020 and the newly remodeled modern master bedroom available for rent is located on the bottom floor next to the front door (street entrance) and garage where the washer/dryer machines are located, so you’ll have complete separation and privacy from the rest of the house. The private, cozy, fully furnished, newly remodeled master bedroom with an en suite (attached) luxurious bathroom has a brand new modern shower with a rain showerhead feature. There’s a spacious walk-in closet (big enough to fit a cabinet for additional storage), and a fully equipped kitchenette including all the cooking essentials. There is also a spacious LG 6 cubic ft. refrigerator with a freezer up top. In case additional refrigerator or freezer space is needed, there is a 2nd full size refrigerator available in the garage. Please note, this is not a shared living situation. The master bedroom suite has it’s own (private) kitchenette and full bathroom.
In the master bedroom suite, all the cooking essentials are provided. There is a microwave, Nuwave electric induction cooktop with a non-stick ceramic cooking pan, Ninja multi-cooker appliance with air fryer, toaster, oven, stovetop features, a Dezin electric hotpot for soups, oatmeal, etc. There is also a rice cooker, electric kettle, rice cooker, crock pot, countertop smokeless grill, and a mini blender. The room also includes a desk/dining table, 2 chairs, a bench, and a 55” Samsung flat screen TV with Roku streaming for free movies/shows. The room comes with private washer & dryer machines located in the garage where the additional refrigerator is located.
3 minutes down the street is Shadow Cliff’s Lake for hiking and biking trails, a shopping center with a McDonald’s, Starbucks’s, CVS, AM/PM mini mart gas station, Subway, restaurants, Post Office, Orange Theory Fitness Studio, Grocery Outlet, and downtown Pleasanton is also minutes away for more restaurants, pizza, burger joints, cafes, shops, the famous Meadowlark Dairy, wineries, and entertainment. This master bedroom was recently an Airbnb with all 5-star reviews, but since Airbnb imposes additional fees and charges way more, we decided to find a “roomie” on here instead. The bustling city of Pleasanton has a charming downtown area and this city is incredibly safe. The home is very central and close enough to major corporations such as Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, which is only 8 miles away. Major hospitals such as Stanford Valley Care and Kaiser are just minutes away. Pleasanton has so many Biotech and Tech companies such as Roche, Abbot, Thermo Fisher, Cisco, Oracle, Veeva Systems, and Workday all within a 10 min drive. Stoneridge Mall is just 15 min away. Pleasanton BART is just 10 min away for an easy car-free commute to major cities like San Francisco and Oakland. Enjoy easy access to the freeways to get to surrounding cities (Hayward, Fremont, Walnut Creek, etc) in just minutes!
