The Room is fully furnished with a Full size bed, a teak desk and chair, with plenty of storage drawers and mirrored closet. Additionally there is an office area upstairs, Washer, dryer, sink room upstairs. It is Close to Downtown Sacrsmento, the Airport, and has easy access to freeways. 1-5 is 1/4 mile, and 1-80 is 1 mile. Close to plenty Shops, Restaurants, takeaway etc. all within easy walking distance. Free Street parking.

Office desk space upstairs, Kitchen, and Bath with double sinks, shower/bath.

Looking for One person (no couples or children) no pets. Must be respectful and must keep bathroom kitchen and room clean. Prefer a Professional person who Expected to share in some light cleaning of Home shared with 2 others when needed

Prefer long term, but will do 6 months minimum. Deposit $500 Utilities $100 month Wi-Fi is included. Must be able to prove income and ability to pay rent and on time. References are needed and a lease signed.
