It’s a 3 bed, 2 bath at the Birchwood by Timbers IV that is about a 15 minute walk from the Chico State campus, as well as close to downtown Chico! Pg&e varies per month and wifi is split evenly between each of us and you will be sharing a bathroom with Sabrin. We also have in unit washer and dryer and the complex also has it’s own parking lot. Also, I do have a cat she is usually in my room but does like to roam around the apartment, so you will have to be comfortable with that.

My name is Anisah but everyone calls me Neesa. I’m 24 and a junior at Chico State, majoring in animal science (pre-vet). I am fairly quiet but once comfortable I am much more outspoken. I enjoy going out on the weekends but I also don’t mind a chill night in. I enjoy reading, gaming and watching horror movies in my free time.

I’m Sabrin and a junior at Chico State. I’m 21 and majoring in information systems. In my free time I like to read, go on hikes and hang with friends, I also don’t mind going out occasionally but mostly like to chill at home.
