This room can either be furnished or not furnished and available to someone who is responsible. Drugs/smoker/alcoholic are not allowed. It is a quite house and maintained clean at all times.

This is a three bedroom house and I do have a second bedroom rented out. I am laid back and really easy to get along with as long as you follow the simple rules. I am looking for someone who is responsible, pays rent on time, and who is clean. I am ok with month to month, but I do ask for first month, last month and deposit on first day of moving in or signing of contract. Lastly, I do have a German Shepard/ Husky dog that is home a few days out of the month. Room will be available April 8th. Maybe April 1st but not guaranteed for that day.
