Furnished bedroom now available! It’s on the second floor of a house off Cliffdale; things are pretty laid back and quiet, except when Ft. Bragg is blowing stuff up. If you’re also laid back and quiet, this could be the place for you. $550/month rent includes all utilities + wifi (2 Gig fiber), parking, shared kitchen & living room, plus use of washer and dryer; $300 security deposit is refundable on move out in accordance with the lease. (The first roomie got his back in full.) Room even has a window AC for extra comfort.

Single occupancy only, and no pets or overnight guests. It’s also a sober space; no smoking/drinking/weed/vaping on the property.

The other rooms are rented to two young men in their 20s; a nursing student and a short-order cook. Looking for one more respectful and responsible person. I mostly work from home.
