UPSTAIRS loft area of a 1.5 story contemporary. I own 2 crazy dogs that wont tolerate other pets. It will take a few visits until the dogs settle down and aren’t goofballs with a new pack member. I had a super nice housemate for a few months last winter and the dogs were fine. This is a 2 room and private bath upstairs area of my 2000 + sq foot home. I have high speed internet and TV Also have some Garage storage area and a full basement that can accommodate some more “stuff”

59 year old recently “retired” aka downsized female engineer. My significant other, who I called “husband” of 35 years just walked off and left me the moment my severance ran out. Go figure. I, alone, own the home, but a platonic housemate in this big house would be nice. I may do a background check, and a lease signed. While I am a moderately progressive minded and Christian person, I don’t want any alcoholics, drug users, felons, or religious fanatics. etc. Conspiracy theorist people won’t be a good fit for coexistence. I am a rational person of science. Ideal roommate would be another divorced, moderate, grown A$$ human, although TBH it would be nice to have an absolutely platonic dude around to help me lift the absopure bottles and other heavy duty stuff, etc. I am fairly easy going and easy to get along with. I like sports and have lake access for watercraft.
