Property is on a private road with sweeping mountain views and plenty of outside parking. Located on 3/4 acre lot. Location is just minutes from the I-15 and Del Dios Highway. 10 minutes from Cal State San Marcos. No couples, pets or cannabis please. Dwelling is for one person only. Students welcome. Utilities and internet are included. Downstairs mini-kitchen, washer and dryer, included.

My husband Mike and I have owned our home for over 20 years. 2 bedrooms upstairs are occupied by my husband and 2 sons. I have a hair salon downstairs that has a separate entrance.Your accommodations are in a private detached dwelling located on our property with access to a downstairs bathroom, washer and dryer. Also included is a mini kitchen that has a small frig, coffee maker and microwave and 2 burner hot plate. All utilities are included. We have a pool that you may use but upstairs where we reside is not available for your use. We are centrally located to the coast and downtown San Diego. Everyone here is very respectful and mellow and hard working. We have 2 friendly puppies living with us.
