student only, This house is only a 3-minute walk from the campus on the corner of E San Carlos and S 12th St. The house is two stories and has 8 rooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and a large kitchen with a double stove/oven, two fridges, and lots of cupboard space. There is also a large shared living room and porch. All tenants are SJSU students. The room is about 222 square feet. The rent is $700 per month plus a $70 nonrefundable annual maintenance/supplies fee. Parking is available behind a locked fence for $20/mo. One month’s security deposit and a 12-month lease are required. There are house rules in place that have to be complied with to ensure safe, quiet, and harmonious living among the occupants. Rent includes all utilities and high-speed internet. There may be some furniture available.

I am a student at San José State University, pursuing a degree in music education. I play the violin, and balance my academic and musical pursuits with an active lifestyle as a competitive cyclist, racing for both the San José State cycling team and the San José Bicycle Club. Outside of school and cycling, I am also a youth leader at crosspoint church and regularly attends church service and our weekly church events.
