The property is a three bedroom and two bathroom house with a nice size back yard. Washer and Dryer are included. The neighborhood is safe and located near many stores/shopping centers. The room you would rent is private with the bathroom right next door for 650 a month, utilities not included.

We are two sisters looking for a third roommate to move in pretty quickly. We are currently leasing the home for 1 year, our lease began in July. We are organized, clean, and respectful of shared living areas and personal living spaces. We are open to discussions in regards to house/furniture arrangements and utilities. My sister and I are very flexible and accepting of new opinions; and want our roommate to feel that they have a say and are at home. We both work full-time and one of us is a full-time student as well. We have two dogs: a German shepherd and a Belgian Malinois. Both are house trained and crate trained. They are very friendly and sociable. You as the roommate would have no responsibilities in regards to the dogs. We’re looking for a roommate who is financially responsible, respectful, honest, and likes dogs. Our potential roommate would have their own bedroom and the separate bathroom next to their room. Lots of parking. We live in a safe neighborhood on a cul-de-sac.
