Looking for a roommate to take the other room in a 2bd, 1&1/2 bath condo! Rent includes internet, water & trash; PG&E will be split 50/50. These condos are inside it’s own court so there’s plenty of street parking for tenants in front. It is 2 stories, with both bedrooms and the full bathroom upstairs! I have my own W/D hooked up currently, and plenty of kitchen utensils/appliances. We also have a community pool available in the summer :)

I’m in my late 20s, and currently work a full time retail job. I’m also studying in a part time healthcare program! I have a 3 year old cat named Moose, she’s a very vocal cat so please keep that in mind when reaching out :) She has lived with other cats and dogs before, but not in the last year and a half. Outside of work you’ll usually find me binging tv shows, playing video games, listening to music (and sometimes, a combo of all 3.)
