About the roomies
I currently have an apartment with a roommate who is moving out, who looking to get his lease taken over asap. He can’t afford the rent with his jobs hours right now. So if you’re interested in taking over his which ends in September 2026. With me in a 2b/2b apt in north Scottsdale, 85260. I have a super friendly dog and am a server, so I’m generally pretty quiet at home. I try to stay clean and neat. I just purchase a couch and coffee table to be delivered Friday. So that’s why there’s no picture of the living room. I also own purchased a steam cleaner so I plan on steaming the carpets on my days off this week. Room is available now. Also the parking stop that come with apt would be yours, as I don’t drive. It’s right outside the front door.
