Property is located in a safe family neighborhood, near all your shopping centers, restaurants, and gas stations. There is security surveillance around the home for protection of the property and the individuals residing within the home to give security and safety. The home is divided, so each tenant can have their own privacy and space in the comfort of their room. The Homeowner/Landlord lives in the center of the home. Every rental room has its own bathroom {NO SHARING WITH OTHERS WITHIN THE HOME). It’s a very peaceful, quiet home. The room has ALL new appliances & furniture: REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, TV, AC UNIT and BED. Room is fully furnished with wifi access, so you can stream all you’re favorite movies & shows etc. As well as own parking area.

●BACKGROUND CHECK WILL BE CONDUCTED.
