Great location.House is located in Pompano Beach just east of Federal Highway between Mcnab Rd and Atlantic Blvd. 5 minutes drive to beach. Shopping plazas walking distance across the street which includes Neighborhood Walmart/Publix. Private entrance to room is available with shared bathroom. Room setup is studio-like, Has own refrigerator, microwave and sink installed. Water view(all be it corner). One wall side is full of slidable impact windows(curtains cover). Fully tiled. Sliding mirror closet. Room furnished with full size bed with dressers under, 50” tv, bar stools/table. If you wish to bring your own furniture, that’s welcome as well. 2 ceiling fans for lighting and air circulation. 4000btu controllable a/c to set to your preference. All utilities are included in price, water/electric/ top speed wifi. Sharable bathroom you would need to go through the house to get to. Recently had to foster 4 dogs(all older, German shepherd/boxer/ 2 little dogs, all friendly) so must be ok with dogs. Free use laundry room on premises Available parking for 1 car. Room is for one person only. Visitors are ok. Move in cost is $1600 (first and security) due before move in. Must provide proof of income(pay stubs or bank statements/Income must be $2.2k+/monthly).
There are 3 people who live on property. One female 20s, in private studio, may only see the person in passing outside of house. Male 30s/Female 20s/4 dogs(all older, German shepherd/boxer/ 2 little dogs, all friendly) in portion of house with shared bathroom. Overall house is pretty quiet and everyone is usually out for most of the day.
