Furnished bedroom with PRIVATE bathroom available for rent (all utilities included). 6 - 12 month leases available with preference given to 12 month leases. Office area included for use.
Located on the westside of Atlanta within walking distance of Westlake Marta train station.
Requirements:
- Be a nice, clean person!
- Must know how to communicate with other roommates
- Must have w2 or 1099 job with verifiable income
- Credit score above 550 (credit screening required)
- No violent criminal history (background screening required)

-All utilities, high-speed internet, washer/dryer, trash, pest control, and household supplies (detergent, soap, trash bags, paper towels) are included.
No pets allowed (if its in a tank or bowl we can talk about it)
About the roomies
There is a max of 4 people living here at 1 time.
I (male) work for a consulting firm and live downstairs in the guest suite. I have a separate living room, entrance, and kitchenette and just use upstairs to wash my clothes, dishes, and body (in my separate bathroom) . Im a friendly person, but you more than likely wont see me often!
The other tenant (female) is a student at CAU and works for the dining services on campus.
The last tenant (female) works as a caregiver and pretty introverted, but will be moving out 6/31
