Upstairs bedroom located in lovely community on quiet street in West Olympia. Near forest, bus line, walking paths, Capital Mall, Evergreen College, and hospital.

We’re a family of mature adults (50s and 20s) who maintain a respectful, quiet, and clean environment. Our last roommate was exceptional and we all got along great!

Sorry, no overnight guests allowed, no couples, no pets and no smoking/vaping (asthma), and no drugs. (cannabis okay). Home occupied by school teacher, her fiance (not-for-profit director), homeowner’s adult son (caretaker), one male roomie (college student).

The upstairs bathroom is shared with male roomie (tenant) and adult son (son only uses that bathroom a few times a week). There is a half-bedroom downstairs for use. The house is often quiet, with adult son’s room off the garage.

All utilities and Wi-Fi included. 6-month lease with opportunity for extension. Bedroom door has lock with key.

Deposit: $500. Unfurnished.

Required: renter’s insurance (about $100 a year), no criminal history, two references

Home has ample living space: family room, living room, dining room, kitchen, air conditioning, park-like yard with dozens of birds, washer/dryer, access to upstairs balcony and backyard, cedar sauna, plenty of street parking
