Large room upstairs overlooking back yard. North east exposure. The furniture is practical and comfortable. Bathroom, kitchen, etc are shared. Nix on smoking in the house. Family neighborhood so please drive slowly. Home has a pleasant yard. Closer to downtown Pelham and Pelham train station than New Rochelle. Near Exit 14 of Hutchinson River Parkway and Exit 10 of Cross County Parkway. Convenient to all but location may be too quiet/isolated for people who prefer city living. Katydids, crickets and cicadas abound in summer and there are lots of squirrels, some rabbits and a variety of local birds year round.

Two females, Female #1 is 30, bi-lingual, French and English, French punster, world traveler, two jobs and lots of friends. Her small dog aspires to be a police dog.
Female #2 is a retired teacher, busier than ever, interested in preserving the diversity of life on Earth, human rights and social justice, ideas and people that make me think, a quiet person who would love to travel if I could find a sitter for Big Dog who is gentle as a duckling but needs lots of exercise. Both dogs bark when startled. You’ll be “safe as houses” with these two on the job. Neighbor dog, committed chipmunk chaser and best friend of Big Dog, joins us on our walks in nearby woods and often stays to visit a while. I would describe us all as friendly but not “pushy-friendly.”
