Looking for a roommate in a new 5 bed / 3 bath house just 15 mins from downtown (Skyridge Community). Easy access to I-65, East Nashville, and Opryland.

House has a modern kitchen with various appliances, furnished common areas, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ADT smart security, fast fiber internet, and a backyard view.

$1,000/month for a one year lease includes water, electric, lawn care, fast fiber-optic internet, ADT home security, plus TP and paper towels and hand soap. $1,000 security deposit and $45 application fee to move in.

Midterm lease options for the room are available as well at different price points for furnished or unfurnished.

Unfortunately, we’re not having other pets at this time. Clean, respectful roommates only.

There are two roommates in the house and we’re looking for three more. Currently it’s myself (Danny, 32) and my fiancé (Kat, 26) living with our dog. He’s an old dog, very lowkey and well behaved. I’m a full-time musician and Kat works at a law firm. We’re primarily looking for male tenants in their 20’s-40’s. We’re laid-back, all stay pretty busy and like keeping the house clean.
