About the room

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take up the other rooms for rent. The lease is one year and I’m looking for someone to move in September 1st. No brokerage fee and FM plus LM and $500 security deposit for move in. The house is located in Maplewood area of Malden on a quiet street and a 20 minutes walk (1 mile) to Oak Grove Station. Buses are available to take for a 6 minute ride (106 and 108) or a 7 minute bike ride to either T stations. Malden YMCA is a 5 minute drive (1 mile), 10 minute drive to Square One Mall, Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Market Basket. 17 minute drive to downtown Boston and airport. There is ample free street parking. Bedroom 1: This bedroom is on level 2: about 15 x 14, comes with a closet and hardwood floors, dresser, king/queen bed, desk. The house has multiple windows for ample sunlight. Bedroom 2: This bedroom is in level 3 and comes with a walk in closet and a more studio feel. There’s more than enough space for a king/queen bed, dresser and desk. Two windows on opposite sides for ventilation. Bedroom 3: This bedroom is on level 2 with 100 sq feet (10 x 11) and comes with a closet and hardwood floors. Someone who is looking for a 1 year lease and is wiling to clean up after themselves. I would like to keep the common areas clean and would want someone with the same mindset.
