I am looking to rent out my third bedroom. It is a private room on the third floor (all bedrooms are on the third floor) with a large window and very high ceilings. I recently installed new LVP flooring and painted the entire room. You have the option for the room to come furnished, or you can provide your own furniture. You will be sharing the 3bd/2.5ba house with myself and another roommate. You would be sharing a bathroom with the other roommate. The Charm City Circulator picks up right around the corner. Five minute walk to Whole Foods, the Maryland Athletic Club (MAC) Gym, movie theater, the luxurious shops of Harbor East. Two minute walk to the delectable restaurants of Little Italy. Blocks from the beautiful Baltimore harbor and historical landmarks.

We’re two roommates in our early 20s one in grad school, one in industry who met in college. We’re social, enjoy hosting game/movie nights, and go out on weekends. The house is moderately clean with shared chores. We’re friendly, active, and open to guests. Please note that I do have a cat. She is very sweet to people but doesn’t get along well with other animals so no other pets are allowed unfortunately.
