It’s a very quiet and safe neighborhood and a cop lives next door. The room is large with a brand new Simmons Beauty Rest mattress and foundation on a BRASS bed. There are 2 dressers, a night stand, a shelving rack, a full length mirror and a large closet and office chair. A desk is available if needed. The living room has comfy chairs and a 75“ TV and an extra TV for the room if needed. I have Spectrum cable and Internet and all the utilities are included in the $900 a month rent. The security deposit can be split to make it affordable. There is a table and several chairs on a concrete patio in back. The grounds are well manicured with several flowers and trees. All the kitchen appliances are brand new. There are a washer and dryer in the block shed and parking in the long driveway.
