The room itself comes furnished with a brand new full size bed, mattress protector, an 8 cubby dresser, and a brand new 55 inch smart TV.
Utilities & internet are included in monthly payment ($850).
The shared areas of the house are professionally cleaned every 2 weeks. Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, & dish soap, are provided in rent price!
All kitchen appliances and plates are provided. All you need to bring with you is your bed sheets, pillow, clothes and food. Other than that, I’ve got you covered.
