NORTHRIDGE, CA. Females Only. I have rented this house for my daughter. It is in a great neighborhood and has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We are looking for 3 more female roommates to add to the lease. We have available 1 Private Room for one person with a walk in closet and private bath for $1200/month + utilities. (Pictures 3,4,5) We also have a shared room with a walk in closet and second closet plus the bathroom for 2 people for $850/month each + utilities. (Pictures 8,9,10) Tenants will have use of all common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room, back yard, laundry room w/ washer and dryer…) There is also a large 2 car garage. This house is less than a mile from CSUN. Move in date is August 5th. One Year lease. Security deposit due is amount of rent.
