About the room

Room available in a shared house in West Pasco. $800 per month includes private bedroom with queen sized bed on second floor and all utilities (including wireless internet), professional housecleaning of common areas, and landscaping. The room is fully furnished and includes bedding and towels, desk and chair, closet with hangers, dresser, ceiling fan, and an air purifier. Large, west facing windows let in plenty of natural light; blinds are included to darken room. Room is secured with lock & key.

The bathroom is shared with two other housemates. Washer, dryer, ironing board and iron available on the same floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (including dishwasher) and dishes. Each housemate has their own pantry, fridge & freezer space. A fitness room is available on the first floor. Driveway parking and a space for bike storage are also available. We have a large backyard with gardening beds, seating and table, and a gas grill. The house lies between Burns Rd and Sandifur Pkwy and has easy access to public transportation.

About the roomies

Mature professional house that is quiet, clean, and respectful. Some of us commute here for the week to work while others reside here full-time. We range in age from mid thirties to older. We’re looking for someone similar to share our space.
