Three bedrooms (one can be used as an office if desired), one and one-half baths with stackable washer-dryer in unit with open concept living room, kitchen, dining and great enclosed porch with additional outdoor patios under the carports for “hangout” or play space.

Rent is negotiable depending on: ~ furnished or unfurnished ~ utilities included or not included (this would included yard and trash) ~ length of rental ~ pet (considered with a nonrefundable deposit)
