I’m Allan, a well-established CyberSecurity professional in my 50s who has rented a house in Cary, right off Cary Parkway near Old Apex Rd. I’ll be moving in on July 1st and am looking to rent out either two large individual bedrooms for $800 each plus 1/4 of utilities, or both bedrooms to a single person for $1500 plus 1/3 of utilities. Additionally, the house features a guest room with a private bath available for guests. My ideal housemate would preferably be over 25 and established in a STEM-related field. They should be considerate, communicate well, maintain cleanliness in shared spaces, be comfortable with cats, appreciate a quiet, low-key environment, and value open-mindedness and inclusivity with minimal drama.
